Our Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Shipments and deliveries may or may not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays. If this is the case, we will email you to let you know.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping within the United States is free, Canada is $15, Europe is $20, the rest of the world is $40. You will be notified if this changes. All shipments are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days once the order has been processed.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently offer international shipping to select locations. International shipping starts at $20.
Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless you purchased a defective product. If you have purchased a defective product, you have up to one year after purchasing to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
